Where we ship
We ship internationally from our European warehouse. Available destinations and shipping rates are shown at checkout, along with a delivery estimate before you pay.
How long it takes
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of order confirmation. Transit time depends on your destination and chosen shipping method. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is the one to watch; you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination address and the size of your order. Tracked shipping is available on all orders.
Returns
Unopened, shrink-wrapped decks can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Opened decks are not eligible for return, as they are printed paper goods.
To start a return, email shop@hestiamatch.com with your order number. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the returned deck being received at our warehouse.
Damaged or missing items
If your deck arrives damaged, or if an item is missing from your order, email shop@hestiamatch.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the packaging. We will replace the item at no cost.
Customs & duties
For international deliveries, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility. These fees, when they apply, are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout.
Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund up until they ship from our warehouse. Once a tracking number has been issued, the order must be returned per the policy above.
