The seller
All products on this site are sold by HestiaMatch LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA (Filing ID 2026-001959503). The seller's contact address is available on request via shop@hestiamatch.com.
The products
This site sells printed card decks (Spark Cards) as physical goods. Each order is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or memberships associated with this site.
Pricing and currency
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude shipping. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. "Early supporter" prices displayed on this site are discounted promotional prices; the strikethrough figure is our regular post-launch price, which will take effect in 2027.
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card number or CVC at any point. Your charge will appear on your statement as HESTIAMATCH CARDS.
Order acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before shipment, including for reasons of stock availability, payment verification, or shipping address restrictions. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
All shipping, return, and refund terms are described on our Shipping & Returns page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Warranty
Spark Cards are printed paper goods and are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If you receive a defective deck, contact shop@hestiamatch.com within 14 days for a replacement at no cost.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HestiaMatch LLC's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase on this site is limited to the amount actually paid for the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Orders placed before a change are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.
